This week, editors Maureen, Kristie, and Michelle share their experiences after testing the medicube Booster Pro’s Microcurrent, Air Shot, and Derma Shot Modes for a period of ten days. “I typically shy away from skin care devices since I prefer a low-maintenance approach, but the buzz surrounding this one motivated me to give it a shot.

“I utilized the green Microcurrent (MC) Mode for five minutes each night over a two-week period alongside medicube’s Deep Lifting Peptide Eye Cream For Face, which is designed to diminish wrinkles and increase skin elasticity with an effective blend of active ingredients, including peptides and hyaluronic acid.

“Using this combination on my entire face, particularly around the eye area, I experienced an immediate prickly sensation, even at the device’s lowest intensity. This sensation was a bit concerning initially due to my sensitive skin, but thankfully, it didn’t result in any flare-ups. After each session, my skin felt smoother and plumper. “I used my AGE-R Booster Pro in conjunction with medicube’s calming Super Cica Daily Quick Mask throughout the ten-day trial, employing both Derma Shot Mode and MC Mode daily. I opted for the device over traditional sheet masks because I found the tingling sensation of direct contact with my sensitive, eczema-prone skin to be uncomfortable.

“My objective was to enhance my facial contours and achieve glowy, plump skin, so I focused on these two modes. While the Derma Shot mode didn’t alter my facial shape, it notably helped alleviate puffiness, especially when used in the morning. I found the muscle contractions in my face, primarily around my eyes and mouth, to be quite intriguing yet relaxing!
